Rane Holdings – Deputy General Manager – Shared Services

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and manage Service Levels Agreements as well as associated governance and project management
  • Responsible for management of all Shared Services Centre (SSC) related contract and vendor relationship
  • Ensure effective interlock with key business leaders and continuously share progress on SSC Operations
  • Build and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning, including training on automation technologies

Qualification & Requirements

  • 15+ years of total experience with in-depth knowledge of SAP HANA, accounting knowledge of all segments with financial controls and compliance standards
  • Exposure to IT Applications Workflow solutions, Microsoft, Visio, Project Management systems
  • Proven track record of successfully managing interfaces to other functions
  • Recognized expertise in cross-functional process development
  • Strong track record of innovation, creativity, problem solving & productivity in projects
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation skills
  • Strong customer orientation
