R2R Process Lead – Fixed Asset Accounting

Key Responsibilities

• Define & Optimize Global Processes
• Develop core model guidelines with the Global Process Owner (GPO) while ensuring compliance with legal and group regulations.
• Shape the global service delivery strategy, ensuring alignment between local platforms and GBS.
• Lead process innovation, driving automation and technology adoption (e.g., Nakisa Lease Administration).
• Drive Global Standardization & Efficiency
• Oversee worldwide process rollouts, maintaining templates and optimizing workflows.
• Lead KPI reporting, analyze performance, and drive process enhancements.
• Ensure end-to-end coordination with other GPOs and cross-functional teams.
• Support Major Transformation & SAP Implementation Projects
• Play a key role in SAP deployment projects (e.g., GET, SPHERE).
• Act as a liaison between corporate teams and operational entities.
• Prepare and present decision memos for leadership teams.

Qualification & Requirements

Education & Expertise

• University degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
• Strong experience in Record to Report (R2R) and Fixed Asset Accounting.
• Solid expertise in SAP FI/CO/SAC and international SAP implementation projects.

Skills & Competencies

• Deep knowledge of global R2R processes.
• Fluency in English (French & other European languages are a plus).
• Strong analytical mindset, able to simplify complex processes and translate business needs into value.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work across diverse cultures, languages, and geographies.
• A digital-native mindset, comfortable with automation and AI-driven tools.

Experience

• Background in Global Business Services (GBS) is a plus.
• Hands-on experience in Fixed Asset Accounting enablers (FI-AA, Nakisa Lease Administration).
• Strong experience working in cross-functional, multinational environments.
