R2R Process Lead Closing

Key Responsibilities

  • Define global core model process guidelines in the respective field together with the Global Process Owner (GPO) by observing legal and group requirements (incl. internal controls, compliance and value flow checks), based on established Global Enterprise Transformation design

  • Support the global service delivery strategy, by ensuring core model activity split between Local Platform and Global Business Services (GBS), the enabling technology standards and the functional process design
  • Initiate and drive the changes, projects and promote innovation via enabling technologies and coordinate end to end processes with other GPOs/functions.
  • Support the global GPO Expert Network in the area of responsibility.
  • Responsible for the preparation of decision memo for respective CODIR.
  • Responsible for the global coordination of enabling technology (e.g. closing cockpit)
  • Build-up and maintenance of templates and worldwide roll-out
  • Perform KPI reporting and challenge processes in Legal Entities (LE) / Reporting Unit (RU), assist changing processes
  • Support international SAP implementation projects (e.g. GET), and regional roll-out of GBS processes (e.g. SPHERE)
  • Your scope of action will evolve on a Group global scale
  • You will benefit from a strong top-down support from ENGIE’s Executive Committee and the Functions referents
  • You will work closely with the Entities and take care of the operational staff onboarding

Qualification & Requirements

Education & Expertise

  • University degree in Business Administration or equivalent degree
  • Several years of professional experience in a record to report department or equivalent experience
  • Experience in international SAP Implementation projects or equivalent international project involvement

Skills & Competencies

  • Special knowledge about global R2R processes in the respective field of responsibility
  • Comprehensive SAP FI/CO/SAC skills
  • Fluency in English mandatory / French and other European languages are desirable
  • Balancing character to understand and simplify the needs of the business and translate it into business value
  • Collaboration skills with peers, stakeholders and partners across the organization with diversified nationalities
  • Transversal mindset and ability to work across processes, geographies, languages, cultures, business maturity levels
  • Digital Native

Experience

  • Experience of working in a Global Business Services environment desirable
  • Experience in SAP implementation projects
  • Experience in closing enablers (closing cockpit)
