Proposal or Pitch Content Sr. Manager | Shared Services

Key Responsibilities

The Senior Manager will be the Firm’s go-to expert for the latest pitch content including staying updated on the latest pitch topics, creating high-quality write-ups for client solutions, and describing the firm’s services and areas of expertise through compelling value propositions. This role will also oversee processes and technologies that support content management, ensuring efficiency and adherence to best practices in pitch development. In addition, they will lead training and learning initiatives to enhance the firm’s pitching capabilities.

Qualification & Requirements

• Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree
• With 15 to 20 years of corporate experience.
• Experience in leading training and learning initiatives to enhance the firm’s pitching capabilities.
• Has strong people management and exposure in working across culture
• Ideal profile is from the following industries: Professional services firm, Engineering , law firms, Finance & Accounting and Consultancy.
• Extensive experience in creating pitches from scratch, work with senior leaders, focuses on client solutions, sales, bid and business proposal writing skills.
• Technical business risk, value proposition in legal areas content, client solution focus, sales, bid and business writing skills (not marketing).
• Good communication Skills
• Can start ASAP
