Description

Digital Backbone Workstream (Process) Project Manager is responsible for the successful implementation and governance of Planning Design and Build scope within the Workstream acting on behalf of the Global Process Lead (usually senior manager in Heineken Global) in driving and ensuring the OTIF delivery of Workstream priorities and plans for the Mass deployment (MD) releases of DBB.

The DBB Workstream (Process) Project Manager will be responsible for workforce planning, back-up structure and the people performance management, supervising the team involved in the Workstream delivery and its operational deliverables, builds engagement and fostering collaboration across teams within the Workstream.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaboration with multiple DBB leaders to define, prioritize, and develop the Workstream plans and manage the risks, while capturing the opportunities and stimulating continuous improvement culture.
  • Planning Workstream project management, including setting deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and assigning team members to various deliverables.
  • Analysing financial data, including Workstream budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Overseeing the development of the Workstream and ensuring that team members are carrying out their tasks efficiently and timely.
  • Managing stakeholders, taking account of their levels of influence and particular interest
  • Proactively addressing issues and challenges that arise during DBB project execution within the Workstream
  • Continuously evaluating conflicting priorities and resources allocation to ensure they are meeting company standards, adhering to budgets, and meeting deadlines
  • Documentation of the Workstream set up, development, and execution as well as document the Workstream scope, budget and justification of different initiatives
  • Facilitating communication and collaboration among Workstream stakeholders
  • Tracking Workstream progress against key performance indicators (KPIs) and deliverables
  • Providing regular Workstream status to all levels of DBB management (incl. top management)
  • Managing the derogation process by ensuring timely decision making by Functional Owners and Process Leads on the requested process and solution derogations
  • Ensuring compliance with DBB governance and processes thought the whole DBB project timeline. Ensuring the quality standard are met
  • Working on Workstream/Process improvement activities

Qualification & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field: Market to Cash
  • Strong Process and FMCG business knowledge
  • 10+ years of working experience in complex projects contributing to the development and delivery of program management and governance activities,
  • Demonstrated work experience in facilitating and guiding project management governance cycles change initiatives, influencing team stakeholders, experience with different communication methods and styles
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
  • Stakeholder-centric mindset, ability to understand voice of the stakeholder and convert it into meaningful and impactful actions & initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills. Ability to approach senior stakeholders using appropriate level of detail and terminology
  • Planning and organizing skills, ability to see the big picture
  • A strong team player characteristic and proven team leadership potential
