Product & Process Owner P2P

Key Responsibilities

Product Ownership

• Contribute to the development of the product vision in collaboration with the NL Product & Process manager.
• Translating the product vision into a strategic product roadmap that delivers maximum value for finance stakeholders.
• Manage the product backlog, prioritize tasks, and ensure a robust pipeline for scrum teams.
• Defining epics, features, and user stories for scrum teams to develop and maintain financial products in line with business needs.
• Ensuring that products remain current, compliant and relevant to stakeholders, and facilitating necessary adjustments.
• Actively participate in Albert Heijn’s product development process, including events, training sessions, and collaborations, to integrate financial requirements into business operations.

P2P Process Management

• Oversee the execution of P2P processes in collaboration with BPO/Captive teams.
• Stimulate continuous improvement and standardization of processes and integration of improvement initiatives into daily operations.
• Lead and support the month-end closing process.
• Coordinate and contribute to process improvement projects to promote efficiency and productivity.
• Performing in-depth analyses to identify opportunities for process improvements.

Stakeholder management & collaboration

• Promote awareness of standardized working methods and best practices within the organization.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define requirements for standardized processes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

Operational Excellence

• Manage the entire P2P processes and regularly report on KPIs and key performance indicators.
• Develop, measure, and report service level targets for all key processes, with a focus on compliance.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies and procedures, and contribute to the development of comprehensive documentation.
• Preparing materials for internal and external audits.

Qualification & Requirements

• Demonstrable experience with product ownership or process management within a financial context, particularly in P2P processes.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on process optimization and efficiency.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience with agile working methods and scrum teams is a plus.
• Proactive attitude towards problem solving and a strong focus on quality.

Benefits

• We’ll reward you with a gross annual salary between €77,000 and €90,000, depending on your experience. This includes 8% holiday allowance.
