Are you ready to thrive in the realm of data-driven decision-making? Join our motivated Data & Analytics team as a Product Owner, where you’ll manage the creation of new data products and work directly with large-scale data models in the Microsoft Fabric environment. From enhancing and evolving existing solutions to contributing to advanced analytics initiatives, this is your opportunity to elevate data-driven strategies in a fast-evolving, innovation-focused space.
Key Responsibilities
- Taking full ownership of the development and support of data-driven solutions, with a focus on backend systems and infrastructure
- Overseeing the design, development, and delivery of new data products and enhancements, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical feasibility
- Facilitating product decisions that align with business strategy by identifying value opportunities, prioritizing features based on commercial impact, and ensuring delivery of outcomes that support both customer needs and business growth
- Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders, to define the product vision, roadmap, and strategic priorities
- Overseeing the end-to-end implementation of features, from initial concept through development, testing, and deployment, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
- Managing relationships with internal teams and external partners to ensure effective prioritization, resource allocation, and execution
- Acting as the primary point of contact for technical and functional queries related to data products, ensuring efficient issue resolution and overseeing continuous improvement
- Direct the development and support of data-driven solutions, with a dedicated focus on backend systems and infrastructure
Qualification & Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technical roles such as Product Owner or Data Analyst, with a deep focus on data-driven solutions
- Ability to analyze and interpret large, complex data sets using a variety of analytical tools and techniques
- Solid understanding of data modeling and architecture, enabling efficient data structuring and integration
- Proficient business acumen and experience in aligning product strategy with commercial goals, identifying value opportunities, and making data-informed decisions that benefit customer and business outcomes
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, particularly in data and analytics services (Azure DevOps, Azure Data Factory, Azure Storage Explorer)
- Experience with Power BI, including advanced data modeling and visualization; knowledge of DAX would be beneficial
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, including backlog management, sprint planning, and stakeholder communication; certification would be beneficial
- Solid skills in critical incident handling, problem-solving, root cause analysis and storytelling
- Solid communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business language and the other way
- Fluency in English
- Basic knowledge of corporate finance or supply chain processes would be beneficial
- Understanding of advanced analytics, machine learning concepts, and their practical applications in business contexts would be beneficial
