Description
The CDO Tribe is a global set of Product teams accountable for building a cyber-resilient organization by acting as a first line of defence against cyber-attacks by offering cybersecurity capabilities towards all HEINEKEN employees, to protect and defend the organization’s digital assets.
Key Responsibilities
- Being accountable for maximizing the value of the products through product team delivery, covering both business requirements and technology
- Working with the product team to define features and plan sprints, including content and priority
- Ensuring backlog prioritization
- Representing the voice of the customer and ensuring alignment with all relevant stakeholders
- Collecting stakeholder needs and translating them into features or user stories for the team
- Maintaining and prioritizing the backlog
- Owning the end-to-end budget for the product, including resources, investment, consultancy, and technology
- Sourcing and managing partners in alignment with procurementensuring seamless, continuous, and resilient operational activities in IT and OT
- Leading operational communication towards stakeholder
- Identifying opportunities for optimization and improvement in operational processes that the TM Innovation team can deliver
- Identifying opportunities to enhance coverage, reduce false positives, and improve alert fidelity
- Managing the end-to-end service delivery by operational delivery partners.
Qualification & Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in leadership or coaching, preferably in Agile environments
- At least 5-8 years of working experience with multiple security services or solutions and related ITIL processes and systems in IT and OT domain
- Experience with SOAR platforms, automation, or cloud-native security tools
- Threat detection and monitoring capabilities
- Hands-on experience managing the Microsoft Security Stack, particularly Sentinel, MCAS, MDI, MDE, and Defender for Cloud
- Expertise in infrastructure health and lifecycle management
- Experience with log ingestion infrastructure and cybersecurity data lakes
- Skills in health monitoring and ongoing maintenance of security systems
- Experience managing security tooling and creating customized parsers
- Strong data management, transformation, and integration skills
- Ability to deliver data based on functional requirements
- Experience managing integration pipelines, including their lifecycle and health.
