Description
Seeking a Procurement Director to lead purchasing strategies, vendor negotiations, and cost optimization while ensuring compliance and operational efficiency. This role may be based inOrmoc or in Cebu.
Key Responsibilities
- Approve purchase orders and ensure proper documentation for payment processing.
- Negotiate vendor contracts and achieve cost savings.
- Track vendor performance and compliance with agreed terms.
- Ensure centralized procurement policies are implemented and followed.
- Resolve procurement disputes and discrepancies in coordination with Accounts Payable.
Qualification & Requirements
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 10+ years of procurement management experience, including vendor negotiations & compliance.
- Strong understanding of procurement policies and cost control.
- Experience with procurement software and tools.
- Excellent negotiation and analytical skills.
