This position will have core responsibility for leading and driving operational excellence, process improvement and overall quality, efficiency and speed of service delivery.

Procure to Pay (AP) Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • A role that shall promote a culture of continuous improvement and collaborative working environment between the shared service team and the clients/ partners/(OpCos
  • Drive and lead the shared service team leads towards achieving high-quality support to the clients.
  • The role shall support the Shared service director for any service delivery management issues, process migration, people engagement, and any other work that shall improve the service delivery quality.
  • Ensure timely processing of supplier invoices, employee invoices and inter-company invoices in line with company policies and procedures. Proper reconciliation of supplier accounts, employee accounts and confirmation of inter-company balances. Work continuously in improving the processes within the Accounts Payable team.
  • Procurement-CoordinationwithProcurementleads andteamin ensuringdata collection from vendors, pay vendors on time, audit findings closure and other ad hoc support requested from the business
  • Project Management – assists Project management office in ensuring s u c c e s s f u l project delivery (new client, or process migrations).
  • Tax and Governance- Lead the team and support CGS director in leading governance programs, support ongoing audit and closing the audit findings including compliance with Record Management policies and guidelines.

Qualification & Requirements

  • At least 10 years of working experience in Accounts Payable,Procurement, Shared Services or related field • Graduate of a four-year course, preferably business related
  • Sound ERP and A P P r o c e s s , Supplier Relationship Management and Working Capital Management knowledge
  • Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office Powerpoint, Excel and Word • Excellent Analytical & Reporting skills
  • Excellent analytical and reporting skills and ands on knowledge of Procurement and Supply Chain processes
  • Excellent understanding ofthe business, ideally with an in-depth knowledge of customerservice operation / Finance processes
  • Excellent leadership skills especially in area ofremote staff management.
  • Excellent negotiation skills- at highest level (capable of representing business in major customer negotiation /complex payment / allocation issues
  • Able to establish credibility with internal /external customers ableto tacklemajor customer related issues
