Description

We are looking for an Process Implementation & Transformation Lead to join core team of our newly created Shared Service Centre in Warsaw and to help us establish best in class service.

Process Implementation & Transformation Lead

Key Responsibilities

Process Implementation Lead

  • Lead the design and decision-making for end-to-end process improvements,
  • Champion Driving and implementing global standardization and harmonization within the Global Business Solutions (GBS),
  • Drive the implementation of best practices and group commonality where applicable,
  • Establish and manage Subject Matter Expert (SME) and Super User networks,
  • Oversee quality assurance and testing of IT solutions,
  • Manage and prioritize the process improvement backlog in collaboration with the GBS operational excellence team and IT,
  • Foster strong collaboration with multiple stakeholders, including finance, local change agents, and internal control teams,
  • Contribute to solution management and support the implementation of Lean principles.

Transition Lead

  • Lead the transition of process from GBS SSC Warsaw perspective,
  • Secure the complete (FUSION) Stage Gate methodology and related activities are properly executed, including HR, Change Management, Communications aspects,
  • Proactively address and escalate (when needed) issues and opportunities,
  • Being an active participant in the dialogue on future transition.

Qualification & Requirements

  • At least +5 year of Experience in Finance with a focus on technology-driven transformation or process improvement,
  • At least +6 years of relevant experience in Project Management roles preferably within Finance and Shared Services,
  • Proficiency in SAP is a must.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field,
  • Strong understanding of financial operations, processes, and technologies,
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills,
  • Strong analytical background,
  • Innovative and open minded,
  • Excellent command of the English language is essential,
  • Experience in leading remote projects will be considered an asset.
