Description

Support the Region/BU transformation office leader, to monitor and support key ongoing projects, oversees appropriate awareness-raising, resourcing, prioritization, governance, and support to individual key initiatives to effectively meet program requirements. It will be a key resource to help the region/business unit effectively navigate the changes ahead.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand detailed implementation plans to support the roadmap and assist with any spins that require up-to-date prioritization, resource, and sequencing decisions.
  • Ensure that transformation projects are resourced, achieve milestones.
  • Ensure a holistic approach to transformation and any unique considerations for the region/BU in relation to business readiness.
  • Scale to region/business unit transformation office leader, if projects are at risk of missing milestones with the recommended action plan.
  • Facilitates monthly transformation meetings with local initiative stakeholders to ensure initiatives stay on track.
  • Track pending items
  • Ensures the correct implementation of Shared Service processes throughout the LATAM region.
  • Tracking of open items (user access, attrition, SOP creation, approval, and amendments, Incident Tracker).
  • Supports the implementation of the outsourcing of new processes and activities to the Shared Services at all stages.

Qualification & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Finance.
  • 9+ years of experience in project management.
  • Strong business acumen, understands key financial drivers related to an organization’s growth and revenue goals.
  • SAP Knowledge.
  • Advanced English.
