  • Drive HR System Automation and Innovation: Implement payroll solutions and process improvements to enhance efficiency.
  • Transform HR Shared Services: Oversee Payroll, Benefits Administration, Employee Data Management, and more.
  • Lead Payroll and Offboarding Teams: Ensure seamless payroll processing, labor law compliance, and accurate benefits administration.
  • Be a Strategic HR Leader: Collaborate with HR teams to analyze, refine, and elevate payroll and compensation strategies.
  • Navigate Labor Union Relations: Manage negotiations related to payroll, benefits, and employee compensation.

Qualification & Requirements

  • Proven Experience: You have managed payroll operations for over 5,000 employees and have a strong grasp of labor laws. It is a plus point if you have handled labor unions!
