Key Responsibilities
As Payroll Manager, you’ll utilize your ability to read financial statements to complete month-end closing procedures, maintain a tight month-end closing process, and maintain the payroll database system. Your work will also require stellar organizational skills as you manage complex itemizations with scheduled reconciliations and ensure necessary filings are completed for payroll taxes.
Qualification & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field required
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in multi-entity consolidations and payroll accounting experience required
- Experience in a variable compensation/commission shared services environment required
