Payroll Lead EMEA

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development of payroll procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Ensure all government reporting requirements for payroll taxes, withholding, and employer contributions are met.
  • Train, develop, and evaluate payroll team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Receive assignments in the form of objectives with goals and determine the process to meet those goals.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for payroll legislation and taxes in all countries you manage.
  • Use advanced Excel skills, formulas, and macros to reconcile complex payroll matters. Reconcile and sign off on payroll completion for the countries you manage.

Qualification & Requirements

  • Previous similar experience in payroll process in multi-national environment.
  • Experience in working in a shared services environment will be an advantage.
  • Understanding of payroll accounting entries.
  • Good problem solving skills, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Drive & self-motivation with the ability to work independently.
  • Proven ability to form strong customer relationships, an understanding of customer focus and service delivery.
