Description

We are currently seeking highly motivated and talented professional to join their team in the position of P2P Country Lead for France.

P2P Country Lead for France

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and mentor the local P2P team, providing guidance, training, and development to ensure high engagement and performance
  • Build strong relationship with local team and broader Adecco organization to support and coordinate the business.
  • Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement within the P2P team. Encourage customer service focus
  • Analyze and Identify trends to ensure accurate and on-time handling of incoming invoice volumes and analysis to oversee trends or issues which enable reaching target KPI’s.
  • Assist in developing and presenting policies, procedures, and training programs to all levels of staff
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process enhancements and ensure alignment of practices and standards
  • Verify completeness and accuracy of financial documents, including ensuring proper backup and necessary approvals exist prior posting.

Qualification & Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in accounting/accounts payable
  • Fluency in both English and French
  • Strong experience in people management
  • Shared service center experience
  • Self-starter / Be open minded and empower change
  • Proven experience in managing financial operations, preferably within a shared services or P2P environment
  • Developing others Seeks to empower, motivate, and coach others by considering individual development as well as business needs
