Description

Our client is a global-leading company within the Services industry. Currently, they are looking for OTC Lead to join their dynamic team.

OTC Lead

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee the OTC team’s daily operations, ensuring smooth execution of tasks and acting as the escalation point and final approver for credit notes, blocked sales orders, billing proposals, and adjustments.
  • Manage customer contracts, master data, credit risks, and bad debt provisions while ensuring accurate and timely processing of disputes, deductions, and write-offs.
  • Track and evaluate OTC process performance against defined metrics, and ensure compliance during period-end close activities in collaboration with the RTR team.
  • Support the GPO in driving continuous improvements and optimizing OTC processes, working with cross-functional teams and offshore BPO partners.
  • Conduct risk assessments for new and existing customers, categorize risk levels, and manage escalations in partnership with the OTC Analyst.
  • Identify, develop, and nurture talent within the OTC team to enhance capabilities and ensure team growth.
  • Coordinate with internal teams on month-end close activities, manage staff budgets, and oversee related expenses effectively.
  • Work closely with Cash Applications, ensure customer data accuracy, and support organizational goals through effective collaboration.

Qualification & Requirements

  • Min degree, CPA/ACCA/CIMA qualification.
  • Min 6-8 years of working experience in Shared Services (Order-to-Cash) function.
  • SAP knowledge & experience is highly preferably.
  • Highly-motivated, results-oriented, and forward-thinking leader/team player with good work ethic, credibility, and sense of integrity
