Organizational Development Specialist

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will focus on shaping the culture of our Enterprise Shared Services team. You will work closely with service owners, business stakeholders, and individual contributors to identify and implement cultural and organizational changes that drive service excellence and customer satisfaction. Your expertise will help us build a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement, where our employees are empowered to take ownership of our services and deliver exceptional result.

This role will be primarily focused on organizational change/development (80%) with hands on IT work (20%) so it is crucial that applicants have experience in both area.

Qualification & Requirements

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in organizational development, culture transformation, or a related field (at least 5 years within IT)
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field
• Proven track record of successfully leading culture transformation initiatives in a shared services or enterprise environment

Preferred Skills

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related
• Certification in organizational development, change management, or a related
• Experience with change management methodologies and
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic enviro
• Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools
