Description

The Operations Manager will support the Chief Operating Officer (COO) with daily operational projects and tasks.

This role will support the development and implementation of policies, processes and initiatives that align with the company’s vision and values. You will work closely with various internal and external stakeholders, such as business units, suppliers and the leadership team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the COO in daily operational tasks and long-term projects
  • Assist with analysing operational data and performance indicators and generate reports and recommendations
  • Coordinate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders and partners
  • Coordinate and manage schedules, meetings, and communications for the COO
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and data analysis to support decision making processes
  • Assist in budget preparation, financial analysis and the annual preparation of the shared services budgets
  • Support the implementation of operational policies and procedures

Qualification & Requirements

Ideally, you will be an excellent communicator with strong analytical and time management skills, this role would be suitable for an individual wanting to further their financial analysis capability in an ever changing business setting.

  • A bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field
  • At least three years of experience in operations management or similar (experience in a fast-paced corporate environment)
