Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the organization by establishing strategic objectives and guiding teams to achieve operational and financial targets.
  • Oversee the financial performance of the business, including accounts receivable, cash flow management, and overall profitability.
  • Manage and mentor teams across various functions, including emergency services, restoration, sales, and operations.
  • Recruit, train, and inspire team members to maximize productivity, retention, and professional development.
  • Facilitate integration efforts for shared services such as accounting, client care, and operations, ensuring seamless collaboration.
  • Collaborate closely with leadership on sales and business development to reach growth objectives.
  • Work with the finance team to manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service by monitoring service quality and liaising with clients and stakeholders.

Qualification & Requirements

Required Skills

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in recruiting, training, and managing teams of 5-50 employees.
  • Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage teams across various layers of an organization.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and a foundational understanding of accounting and CRM software.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the capacity to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to foster effective interpersonal relations.
  • Experience in the restoration industry is beneficial but not mandatory.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required; an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
