Description
We are seeking an experienced Operational Excellence Manager to lead process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives within the Record to Report (RtR) function. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment and has a strong background in finance, process re-engineering, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead global, high-impact strategic projects aimed at improving RtR processes.
- Collaborate with Finance, IT, and Shared Service teams to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across geographies.
- Manage process documentation and ensure global adherence to RtR standards and controls.
- Analyze data to identify opportunities for process improvement and successfully manage change initiatives with minimal disruption.
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement through visible leadership and best practice sharing.
- Provide training to key stakeholders and develop metrics to measure the success of implemented initiatives.
Qualification & Requirements
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- Certifications such as CIMA, CPA, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, or equivalent.
- 5-10 years of experience in finance processes, process optimization, and business transformation.
- Strong knowledge of SAP and financial reporting, reconciliation, and closing processes.
- Proven track record of leading process improvements and change management initiatives.
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
