Description

The M&S Reporting Center Process Manager is responsible for managing a team of more than 10 people and supporting the Marketing & Sales functions across JTI’s markets in Asia, Eastern Europe (CIS), MENEAT, and the Americas. This role involves delivering reports and presentations that help address business objectives. The manager is also responsible for specific tasks related to process improvements and collaborates with various Strategic Insights (SI) teams, other Global Business Services (GBS) teams, and the M&S Functional Champion team to innovate reporting processes for the company. Additionally, the incumbent of this position will represent GBS Manila in defining strategic initiatives and will be responsible for executing these initiatives to support the evolution of shared services at JTI.

Key Responsibilities

    • Core Service Delivery: Manage team activities of Specialists, Team Lead, Lead Experts, Experts to deliver regular M&S reporting to the markets in scope and achieve the defined KPI targets in terms of timeliness and accuracy, issue escalations and resolutions with the relevant partners’ involvement, drive standardization across operation activities, contribute to development of strategy to be fit for the future
    • Team Management: Monitor team performance against targets and KPIs, manage productivity and workload distribution, ensure service sustainability, drive process improvements, support development and succession planning, foster open communication, lead hiring, maintain team motivation, and implement automation solutions
    • Strengthening Foundations: Represent GBS Manila in cross-functional collaborations, drive best practice sharing, and ensure all SOPs and important documents are updated and relevant.
    • Stakeholders Management, Business Relationship: Build productive relationships with key partners, demonstrate business partnership and customer centricity, and embed these values within the team.
    • GBS Strategical Goals & Priorities and Functional Champion roadmap: Standardize processes and operations to enhance productivity and efficiency, and support the Functional Champion team in implementing the strategic roadmap

Manage various tasks and projects as they arise and upon manager’s request

Qualification & Requirements

  • Bachelor / University Degree preferably in Economics, Business or Math.
  • 8-10 years of professional experience with strong focus in reports / service delivery, data analytics and project management and people management
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience with automation tools (VBA, Macro), Power BI, SQL, Java, Python
  • Strong project management and stakeholder collaboration abilities
  • Excellent presentation and communication skill
