Description

We are seeking a highly capable MBS FP&A Performance Management & Compliance Lead to join our Global Business Services (GBS) team in Bangalore. This role is pivotal in deriving and executing the FP&A performance management strategy and providing oversight on compliance, operational excellence, and business outcomes. You will work closely with senior leadership to design and implement performance frameworks and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the organization. Additionally, this role will require strong project management skills to manage key initiatives and the ability to collaborate effectively in a diverse, global, multi-cultural environment.

MBS FP&A Performance Management & Compliance Lead

Key Responsibilities

Drive Proactive Resolutions:

  • Lead the development and implementation of the FP&A performance management strategy, ensuring it aligns with broader business goals.
  • Design and deploy key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and improve business outcomes, efficiency, compliance, and process quality.
  • Provide strategic oversight and ensure adherence to compliance and operational standards in functional processes.
  • Drive and manage continuous improvement initiatives using Lean methodologies (Daily Management, problem-solving, 3C), ensuring measurable outcomes.
  • Lead project management activities related to performance improvement initiatives, ensuring timely and effective execution of key projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to influence decision-making and align performance management efforts with organizational priorities.
  • Prepare clear, data-driven presentations and reports for senior management, offering insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Establish a governance framework to monitor process effectiveness and ensure compliance with quality standards

Qualification & Requirements

  • MBA from a top-tier institute or Chartered Accountant/equivalent – with about 12+ years of relevant experience. Certification in Lean and/or project management would be an added advantage
  • Great communication, presentation and project management skills
  • Experience in FP&A processes, with a demonstrated ability to develop and manage performance management strategies in a global GBS environment.
  • Proven expertise in designing and deploying KPIs that improve functional business outcomes and operational efficiency.
  • Strong project management skills, with experience leading performance improvement initiatives from design to execution, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Knowledge of Lean methodologies (Daily Management, problem-solving, 3C) to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Proven experience collaborating and delivering results in a global, multi-cultural environment, leveraging strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strategic mindset with a focus on achieving measurable results, and adapt an agile way of working.
