As a Marketing Delivery Director within the Consumer and Community Banking team at JP Morgan Chase, you will lead a diverse team of over 60 professionals in marketing operations. Your strategic leadership will be instrumental in creating and maintaining a high-performing team, fostering a collaborative culture, and focusing on delivering impactful marketing campaigns. In addition, you will manage HR-related administrative responsibilities and collaborate with other marketing and country leads.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 60+ marketing operations professionals.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture that encourages innovation and excellence.
- Set clear performance expectations and provide regular feedback and coaching.
- Drive operational health, executive management dashboards that demonstrate a effectively managed operations functions
- Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with company goals and client needs
- Collaborate with other marketing and country leads to ensure cohesive marketing operations.
- Manage all HR-related administrative tasks, including performance reviews, employee development, and conflict resolution. Lead the recruitment and hiring of new talent to support team growth and capability enhancement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor laws.
- Optimize marketing operations processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Implement best practices and tools to improve campaign delivery and performance measurement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
Qualification & Requirements
- Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts and 10+ years applied experience. In addition, 5+ years of experience leading technologists to manage, anticipate and solve complex technical items within your domain of expertise.
- Experience leading COE from India especially in a shared services model
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role within marketing operations, with HR responsibilities.
- Strong track record of leading and developing high-performing teams.
- Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
