Description

We are seeking an experienced Marketing and Communications Director to lead back-office marketing, communications, and creative services within a Global Business Services (GBS) center in Manila.

This role supports U.S.-based Marketing & Communications leaders by managing execution, overseeing a high-performing team, and ensuring timely, high-quality delivery aligned with enterprise strategy and brand standards.

You will act as the primary point of contact for U.S. stakeholders and translate business needs into clear, actionable plans while driving continuous improvement across marketing operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the GBS Marketing & Communications team, ensuring quality, accountability, and on-time delivery
  • Serve as the main contact for U.S.-based Marketing & Communications leaders
  • Execute enterprise marketing and communications strategies as directed by U.S. leadership
  • Translate business goals into project plans with clear KPIs, timelines, and resource needs
  • Oversee multiple initiatives including campaigns, content, creative services, optimization, and analytics
  • Apply best practices such as Agile and design thinking to improve efficiency and innovation
  • Review and approve creative outputs to ensure alignment with brand and strategy
  • Communicate project status, risks, and achievements clearly and proactively
  • Foster collaboration, continuous improvement, and team development

Qualification & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field
  • 12+ years of experience in Marketing & Communications, including digital strategy and execution
  • 5+ years of digital marketing experience for large organizations
  • 8+ years of experience in a shared services or Global Business Services (GBS) environment
  • Proven experience leading Marketing & Communications teams in a GBS setup
  • Experience managing senior stakeholders and multiple workstreams
