Build new skill stacks and develop high-potential leaders through continuous learning and capability development.
  • Cultural Steward & Strategic Talent Architect: Maintain and elevate our award-winning culture. You will lead a multidisciplinary team of data scientists, engineers, and creative technologists, fostering high-performance culture in an environment of continuous learning, innovation and transformation.
  • Talent Strategy & People Leadership: Attract, grow, and retain top talent, positioning the GDC as a great place to work. Oversee hiring, onboarding, team composition, and leadership appointments. Enable leadership excellence and effective people management through robust performance review processes and manager development initiatives.
  • Global Collaboration: Partner with US and EMEA leadership to ensure the India CoE is seamlessly integrated into the global client engagements and delivery lifecycle.
  • Client & Stakeholder Engagement: Ensure high-value, cost-effective delivery services that meet client expectations for quality, speed, and proactive insights. Build and maintain strong relationships with global clients, stakeholders, and practice councils across US, EMEA and India.
  • Financial Management: Manage revenue, margin, utilization, and client satisfaction for Chennai-led engagements. Enable margin expansion and enhance competitive edge through effective demand/supply management and cost controls. Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and ROI analysis for talent and operational investments.
