Managing Director, Head of Shared Services Technology

Key Responsibilities

• Spearhead the development and implementation of cutting-edge AI solutions and drive the evolution of our technology architecture to support scalability, security, and innovation.
• Lead a team of engineers to design, build, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure infrastructure while implementing solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
• Lead a team of engineering building capabilities around digital assets.
• Drive the adoption of DevOps best practices across the engineering organization.
• Ensure the availability, performance, and scalability of shared platforms.
• Develop and maintain the organization’s infrastructure roadmap, aligning it with business growth and technology advancements.
• Work with the broader CTO organization on the overall technology strategy for the business.

Qualification & Requirements

• Significant experience in Financial Services preferably in Transaction Banking
• Possesses an observable and impactful delivery track record, including the architecture, build, deployment, integration and ongoing management of large-scale technology ecosystems
• Demonstrated skills in developing and executing strategies for transformation programs
• Strong influencing skills and ability to work in an environment where priorities are frequently changing
• Proven ability to establish and maintain business partnerships and client relationships
• Experience analyzing client requirements and developing suitable, cost-effective solutions
• Comprehensive understanding and awareness of appropriate corporate and regulatory policies
• Experience in performing complex problem solving and business trade off decision analysis
• Experience of work in a process driven environment
• Demonstrated people leadership / management
• Ability to provide leadership to the next generation of the global technology journey
