Description

The BSC Digitalization and PMO leads enterprise-wide transformation initiatives across the SEC Business Service Center (BSC), driving strategic digital adoption, operational excellence, and governance alignment. This role serves as a key advisor to senior leadership, shaping the digital roadmap, overseeing complex program execution, and ensuring the successful integration of innovative technologies and business processes.

Overall, incumbent will be responsible for supporting governance of SEC BSC framework, ensuring all required documentation and guides are in place, up-to-date, accessible and follow the Global BSC blueprint, to ensure a successful operation of the SEC Business Service Center (BSC).

Manager Shared Services Technology and Program Management

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Digitalization Leadership

  • Define and execute the digital transformation strategy across SEC BSC, leveraging platforms such as RPA, Power Platform, ESM, SharePoint, and SHAPE to modernize operations.
  • Champion enterprise digitalization initiatives that enhance scalability, efficiency, and user experience across business lines and field offices.
  • Oversee the design and deployment of digital content and campaigns to promote BSC capabilities and drive engagement across internal channels.
  • Establish and maintain robust data governance, analytics, and reporting frameworks to measure impact and inform strategic decisions.

Program & Portfolio Management

  • Lead the PMO function, ensuring alignment of transformation initiatives with SEC BSC’s strategic objectives and global finance operations.
  • Partner with executive stakeholders to prioritize and deliver high-impact programs, ensuring resource optimization, risk mitigation, and value realization.
  • Develop and manage strategic roadmaps, performance dashboards, and execution frameworks to support cross-functional initiatives and drive accountability.

Governance & Change Enablement

  • Own the SEC BSC governance framework, ensuring documentation, SOPs, and process standards are current, accessible, and aligned with global BSC protocols.
  • Drive change management strategy, including stakeholder engagement, training, and communications to support adoption of new technologies and processes.
  • Serve as the escalation point for complex issues, ensuring resolution through strategic alignment and cross-functional collaboration.

Enterprise Collaboration & Innovation

  • Build strong partnerships with global and regional stakeholders, including IT, Finance, and Field Offices, to ensure seamless integration of digital platforms.
  • Influence enterprise strategy by identifying innovation opportunities, aligning transformation agendas, and accelerating value capture across the organization.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, customer-centricity, and operational excellence through structured routines, best practices, and leadership engagement.

Qualification & Requirements

  • Program / Project Management experience
  • Experience implementing digital solutions
  • Analytical competency (data mining, problem analysis; strong Excel skills)
  • Strong communication and change management skills
  • Experience managing SAP, ticketing systems, and troubleshooting various digital tools
