Description
We’re looking for a Manager, Order to Cash – India This role is Office Based. The position will be part of Finance Shared Services team at Pune.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure sales orders are processed accurately and invoices are issued timely to customer.
- The position requires working closely with Senior Manager (Order to Cash) who is based out of Canada. Ensuring all month/quarter close activities are performed timely.
- Validation of data to be used for billing out from Oracle and Salesforce.
- Investigate and resolve billing queries. Resolve cases assigned in Salesforce/ServiceNow.
- Prepare monthly reports.
- Manage performance of all Order to Cash team members in India shared services.
- Ensure process documentation including standard operating procedures & policies are updated and available to the business.
- Managing working relationships with key business stakeholders. Coordinating between Sales, Collections and billing team members.
- Working on further streamlining the process by providing process improvements to improve efficiency and correctness.
- Review of activities completed by team members and utilizing of team’s spare bandwidth and creating Backup plan within team.
Qualification & Requirements
- B Com with CA/CMA/MBA/Inter CA/Inter CMA.
- Should have at least 10 years of experience in accounts of which at least 4 years in OTC process (Billing and Revenue).
- Experience of handling various Audits (SOX, Internal & Statutory).
- Very good oral and written communication in English is must.
- Advanced Excel abilities including v-lookups and pivot tables. Must be able to work in Excel.
- Knowledge of Salesforce &fc Oracle ERP is considered an asset.
- Ready to work in EMEA Shifts.
