Description
We’re looking for an experienced manager to lead the integration of AI technologies into operational processes, enabling greater efficiency, scalability, and decision-making across the organization. This manager should bring strategic thinking, experience in leveraging AI in operations, a passion for people management, and experience to build and develop leaders on their team and scale teams to the opportunities ahead. A successful candidate will have the experience to use these skills along with effective judgment to juggle multiple priorities and make impact in this critical area of our business.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to leverage AI for streamlining and optimizing operational processes.
- Establish a shared vision across the teams by building consensus on priorities leading to successful automation in support Operational effectiveness.
- Drive product development in collaboration with a team of engineers and designers to design, develop, and implement AI-based solutions where appropriate
- Partner with key stakeholders across business units to understand operational challenges and translate them into AI-enabled solutions.
- Build strategic relationships with global and cross-functional teams to understand and anticipate risks to the company and develop global solutions for providing people services.
- Manage and grow a team of Solution leads, while also expanding existing automation opportunities.
- Deliver practical and forward-looking leadership to your team, enhance and develop team collaboration and commitment to impact
- Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of individual products and the product area.
- Maximize efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and innovative solutions are the norm.
Qualification & Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in operations management, with at least 3 years of experience leveraging AI in an operational context.
- Experience of AI/ML technologies and their application in operations.
- Experience in industries where AI has transformed operations (e.g., HR, customer service).
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams to deliver successful AI-led projects.
- 5+ years of people management experience
- Experience in hiring and growing teams of Solution leads.
- Communication and presentation skills.
- Analytical and proven experience solving problems using data to help drive operational effectiveness and program precision.
- Demonstrated experience influencing the technology landscape.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management or any related field
