Description

The HR Shared Service Manager collaborates with HR COEs to transition and process HR services and projects, implement necessary changes, and lead change management efforts. This role requires a blend of HR domain expertise, continuous improvement, and HR technology skills to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

People Service Inquiry and Transaction Service to Teva employees and managers can access comprehensive support in areas such as Hire to Retire, Payroll, and Time & Attendance. Additionally, we are establishing an HR Shared Service unit to provide specialized services to HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) in Learning and Development, HR translations, and more.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit, train, and develop the HR Shared Service Center team responsible for a wide array of HR program support and administration.
  • Partner with HR COE leaders and international HR operations programs to ensure end-to-end processes are documented and that knowledge is transferred to the HRSS center team.
  • Own the transition plan for moving work into HR Shared Services from HR Partners and Global COEs.
  • Coordinate and execute the transition of global HR processes within defined KPIs.
  • Work cross-functionally in the area of process improvement with our internal and external partners by designing and implementing lean processes and solutions that enhance the end-to-end employment journey and key moments that matter.
  • Maintain a customer-centric approach and service mindset.
  • Proactively identify customer issues, take appropriate action, and resolve them.

Qualification & Requirements

  • MBA HR or any degree with good experience.
  • 9-11 years of experience in managing HRSS
  • Experience into transitioning and managing HR processes.
  • Should have experience in Success factor(SAP), Service now, LMS, SLM, invoicing.
  • Strong organizational skills and senior Stakeholder management.
  • Strong knowledge and hands on experience in Microsoft excel and power point presentation.
