Key Responsibilities
- Assumption of management tasks, responsibility for target achievement, personnel and material costs, as well as reporting to the management level
- Development of concepts and processing of issues in finance and accounting
- Support and coordination of regional projects in the accounting area and analysis of new requirements
- Advising internal and external bodies on business and tax issues
- Monitoring the preparation of financial statements and financial reports and ensuring reports to supervisory authorities
- Creation and control of external and internal reporting
- Responsibility for the Shared Service Center in the areas of Accounts Payable, Tax Accounting and General Accounting, ensuring data quality
Qualification & Requirements
- Completed degree in economics with a focus on accounting, taxes and auditing or comparable training
- Several years of experience in a similar position
- Sound knowledge of IFRS, HGB and tax law
- Strong analytical skills and conceptual strength
- Strong communication and consulting skills
