Description
Reporting into the CEO, you will assist with providing direction for the legal function and be fully responsible for the provision of legal, risk and compliance services to support, the board, executive team and the broader organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Executive team by providing sound advice to support any key initiatives and new projects
- Deal with ad hoc employment law queries as they arise and provide pragmatic, rationale support / counsel
- Ensure the corporate environment remains agile and committed to best practice
- Oversee the management of litigation and claims, in conjunction with internal and external advisors
Qualification & Requirements
This role will suit someone who is looking to move in-house or already working in-house and keen to move into a truly rewarding and challenging environment. The successful individual will possess:
- Minimum of 8 years PAE
- Ability to confidently interact and add value at executive level
