As a Lead TS Specialist, you’ll be at the helm of operations, combining strategic leadership with a hands-on approach. Whether it’s managing day-to-day processes or switching hats to meet the needs of the hour, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless execution across all HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Subject Matter Expertise (SME):
    • Stay updated on system changes and lead process enhancements with confidence.
    • Share insights and knowledge with peers, ensuring everyone is informed and aligned.
    • Update the playbook and version history while training and mentoring fellow coordinators to ensure excellence.
  • Project Leadership:
    • Lead and manage projects with a strategic mindset, ensuring deliverables are met on time and with impact.
    • Use your excellent communication skills to align stakeholders and drive results.
  • Payroll, Compliance, and Processes:
    • Lead payroll processing and compliance initiatives across multiple regions.
    • Oversee and refine HR audits to uphold operational excellence and adherence to standards.
    • Lead exit and change processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a smooth teammate transition.
  • Collaboration and Influence:
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows and maintain compliance.
    • Be ready to step into different roles, adapt to challenges, and ensure the team remains agile and aligned.
  • Champion Efficiency:
    • Have knowledge/experience of HRIS – Workday (business processes, basic reporting knowledge, profile completion, onboarding, exits etc..)
    • Leverage new technologies and tools to enhance HR operations and improve efficiency.
    • Ensure all processes are diligently followed, leaving no room for compliance misses.
  • HR Operations and Benefits:
    • Utilize your experience in HR Operations to streamline processes and drive continuous improvements.
    • Process multiple HR tasks on time, adhering to SLAs with precision.
    • Provide global benefits administration support, focusing on Global regions like the USA, IND, EMEA; ensuring a seamless teammate experience.

What We’re Looking For

  • 7+ years of experience in HR Shared Services, with expertise in payroll operations and an understanding of benefits administration.
  • Proven ability to mentor and guide teammates, even in an individual contributor role, fostering growth and development within the team.
  • Workday experience and proficiency in Excel, with the ability to review and refine processes and documentation on a timely basis to ensure operational excellence.
  • Demonstrated experience in conducting audits and ensuring compliance with HR processes, along with a solid understanding of global compliance standards and regulations.
  • Agile mindset with a fast learning curve to adapt to evolving processes and systems in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong collaborator with a blend of strategic vision and execution capabilities.
  • Highly self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to partner with cross-functional teams and drive impactful results.
  • Exceptional ability to manage multiple projects with varying deadlines, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
