Description

Reporting to the Global Order to Cash Tower Lead, the Invoice to Cash LATAM Regional Leader plays a critical role within MGS Finance. Accountable for delivering outstanding credit, collections and deductions performance while partnering with cross functional teams for the entire LATAM region. This role ensures smooth, efficient, and compliant operations to enhance cash flow, reduce risks, and maintain excellent customer satisfaction to both internal and external customers.

LATAM Regional Leader – Invoice to Cash

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead teams across various locations throughout the region by coaching, guiding, and inspiring to keep teams aligned and working toward shared goals.
  • Provide strategic and analytical inputs to drive change, increase working capital, and meet or exceed period over period targets.
  • Continually look for ways to improve processes by streamlining, optimizing and automation to add value.
  • Deliver service excellence to internal and external customers across the areas of credit, collections, deductions & disputes.
  • Drive initiatives to improve cash flow, accuracy of cash forecasting and Days Sales Outstanding (DSO).
  • Accountable for strong controls & governance across the I2C regional processes.
  • Partner and build relationships with key stakeholders
  • Bring to life the MGS Finance vision to inspire and engage associates, develop talent, and build a high performing team delivering world class results.

Qualification & Requirements

  • Education & Language Proficiency: Bachelor’s degree required (preferably in Finance or Accounting) and must be bilingual in English and Spanish (both written and verbal).
  • Extensive Experience: Over 10 years of experience in shared services, specifically in Invoice to Cash processes, including credit risk management, business-to-business collections, and deduction management.
  • Leadership Skills: At least 5 years of leadership experience managing teams, with a proven track record in building effective teams and developing talent.
  • Financial Expertise: Strong background in accounting functions such as cash applications, account reconciliation, billing, and internal controls, along with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Communication & Influence: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages, with strong influencing abilities and experience interacting with senior-level leaders.
  • Process Management: Demonstrated success in financial process implementation, transformation, and business process management, with a focus on generating new working capital initiatives.
  • Additional Qualifications: Experience with Order Management and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), as well as multi-regional experience (e.g., Mexico, Brazil, Southern Cone, Andean, CCA) is a plus.
