Description
The role is responsible for the product vision of Record to Report product portfolio in terms of Reckitt IT&D strategy, solution assessment and recommendation based on prioritization of product features and capabilities. The role will also involve solution governance, enforcement of standardised solutions for projects, programmes and continuous improvement initiatives related to Record to Report application portfolio involved in the IT Shared Services space along with integrations with ERP and third-party systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Provides product roadmap for record to report product portfolio vis a via Reckitt IT&D strategy and vision
- Lead Solution Assessment and recommendations from a Reckitt IT&D Landscape for record to report processes for the Global Financial Services tower
- Lead design workshops to ensure requirements, fit/gap analysis, functional and technical specifications adhere to the product vision and execution roadmap
- Govern and enforce the standardised solutions for projects, programmes, and continuous improvement initiatives within Reckitt
- Supervises the preparation of Functional Design Specifications, Technical Design Specifications & Interface Design specifications based on the Requirements/ Solution Design Documents
- Lead and collaboratively work with cross-functional teams
- Lead discussions and work with delivery partners, Vendors, and Business stakeholders to identify product roadmap, future releases to ensure that any functional designs & configuration meet the futuristic Business needs
- Support testing cycles – UT, SIT, Regression testing, UAT and resolving the L4 incidents (ISO)
- Quickly ramp-up on product functionality to ensure successful implementation of features. Provide end-end life cycle support from Ideation to Delivery as well as Operations.
- Work with the business team to prepare for change management activity happening within the GFS function and across the organization
- Communicate consistently and regularly update the stakeholders on various record to report initiatives and their corresponding status and progress.
Qualification & Requirements
The experience we’re looking for
- A total of 10+ years of IT experience
- Proficient and excellent understanding of Record to report processes and corresponding IT systems involved and touchpoints (SAP and Non-SAP)
- 8+ years Implementation partner experience of deploying Blackline solution along with its integrations upstream & downstream.
- Hands on configuration experience for Blackline Journals, Tasks, Account Reconciliation, Variance & Intercompany Hub modules.
- Proficient and well versed in the SAP (FI module).
- Experienced in Integration of record to report applications with SAP and non-SAP satellite systems
- Conversant in area of IT Systems and their nuances from an E2E architecture standpoint
- Ability to holistically look at the solution (functional, technical, architectural) from an E2E standpoint
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build and maintain strong and effective relationships with different stakeholders
- Plan / schedule project activities, Lead end-to-end design, solution, testing and end-to-end Product standpoint
- Working with cross functional teams (Finance, SAP, GFS) & 3rd party providers, including Vendors
- Ability to handle teams and conduct stakeholder Management across geographies and systems
Desirable
- Experience of working within CPG, retail, Healthcare or related sector
- Certifications in record to report applications (preferably Blackline)
