This is a senior leadership role responsible for defining, delivering, and scaling the technology ecosystem that underpins the HR Shared Services organization. The role will act as the primary IT & Digital partner to Global HR Shared Services, ensuring stable operations today while building a future-ready, integrated HR technology landscape.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic HR Technology Leadership

  • Define and execute the HR technology strategy and roadmap aligned with business and HR transformation priorities
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the Head of Global HR Shared Services on technology enablement and innovation
  • Translate HR service line needs into scalable, digital-first solutions
  • Drive standardization, simplification, and automation across HR processes

Technology Ownership & Delivery

  • Own the end-to-end HR technology stack supporting Shared Services (HRIS, case management, payroll interfaces, portals, etc.)
  • Ensure reliable day-to-day operations, including system performance, issue resolution, and service levels
  • Lead system enhancements, releases, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Oversee integrations between HR systems and broader enterprise platforms

Innovation & Digital Transformation

  • Identify and deploy emerging technologies (AI, automation, self-service, chatbots) to improve employee and manager experience
  • Champion digital adoption and drive increased self-service utilization
  • Lead initiatives to improve efficiency, reduce manual work, and enhance service quality

Expansion to End-to-End HR Technology

  • Develop a roadmap to expand scope into:
    • Talent Acquisition & Talent Management
    • Learning & Development platforms
    • Rewards & Compensation systems
    • Benefits and wellbeing platforms
    • Workforce planning and analytics
  • Establish governance and operating models to support a fully integrated HR tech ecosystem

Stakeholder Management & Governance

  • Build strong partnerships with HR Shared Services, HR Centers of Excellence, and business HR
  • Establish clear governance, prioritization, and demand management processes
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and technology partners
  • Ensure alignment with enterprise IT standards, architecture, and security

Qualification & Requirements

Experience & Qualifications

  • 15+ years of experience in HR technology, IT, or digital transformation roles
  • Proven experience supporting or building technology for HR Shared Services environments
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end HR processes (hire to retire)
  • Experience with HR platforms (e.g., HRIS, payroll systems, case management tools)
  • Demonstrated success in technology transformation and roadmap delivery
  • Experience managing global or multi-country HR systems is preferred
