As Regional Director, Indigenous Strategies, you’ll champion Indigenous awareness and partnership across the country—advising on strategy, strengthening connections with Indigenous communities and businesses, and creating opportunities that align with our values and construction expertise.

Key Responsibilities
As Regional Director, Indigenous Strategies, you will
- Shape and advance Indigenous partnerships, awareness initiatives, and business development opportunities across Western Canada
- Drive Indigenous subtrade/vendor procurement and create employment pathways on Chandos projects
- Advise our Executive Team on strategic funding opportunities, associations, and governance trends

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Indigenous studies, law, engineering, marketing, or a related field (equivalent experience considered)
- Proven senior-leadership experience—ideally within construction, business development or community relations
- Deep understanding of Indigenous cultures, communities, governance structures, and economic development in Western Canada
- Exceptional negotiation, presentation and stakeholder-engagement skills
