Description

We’re seeking an experienced HR Shared Services Operations Manager to lead core HR functions including benefits administration, payroll, and employee data management. This role ensures operational excellence, data integrity, and compliance across HR systems, while supporting strategic initiatives such as process improvement and M&A integration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations related to payroll, benefits, and compensation; manage relationships with the PEO to ensure timely processing and compliance.
  • Maintain and optimize the HRIS platform, ensuring accurate employee lifecycle data, secure systems, and compliant reporting practices.
  • Lead compliance efforts related to employment laws (FLSA, ACA, ERISA, etc.) and maintain audit readiness.
  • Support compensation planning, benchmarking, and benefits strategy.
  • Manage HR operations during mergers and acquisitions, including system integration, data migration, and policy alignment.
  • Drive process improvements and provide data-driven insights to inform HR strategy.

Qualification & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 5+ years in HR operations, HRIS management, or shared services.
  • Proven experience with PEO environments, benefits/payroll administration, and M&A HR integration.
  • Proficiency in systems like Workday, ADP, or UKG.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of employment regulations and HR compliance.

Preferred:

  • HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP/SCP).
  • Experience in fast-paced, multi-location environments.
