Description
This role is central to developing and delivering a modern, customer-focused, and industry-leading HR shared services function grounded in self-service principles. Collaborating closely with the broader People team and senior management, you will lead efforts to make the function user-friendly, efficient, and supportive of an excellent colleague experience.

Qualification & Requirements
- Proven expertise in HR shared services and team management, ideally within a best-practice, professional services environment with a globally distributed workforce – international experience is paramount.
- A strong understanding of what great HR shared services looks like and how to implement and embed them effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset, with a passion for driving change and fostering a culture of respect, recognition, and engagement.
