Description
The incumbent will lead the HR Shared Services Center (HRSSC) team for a designated region or group of countries, overseeing the delivery of key HR operations such as onboarding, payroll, benefits, compliance, and employee lifecycle processes. This role focuses on ensuring efficient, accurate delivery while driving operational excellence, team development, and alignment with global HR standards, tailored to regional and country-specific needs.
Key Responsibilities
Employee Lifecycle Management
- Oversee the Onboarding Process to ensure timely completion of joining formalities, release of employment contracts and letters, and proper creation and maintenance of personnel files.
- Supervise Employee Confirmation and Movement by initiating the process within defined timeframes, issuing confirmation/extension letters, and handling transfers as per SRF (Staff Requisition Form).
- Manage Separation Processes efficiently, including initiation, coordination of final settlements, dispatching relevant documents, updating employment records, and maintaining separation trackers.
- Ensure timely
Payroll, Benefits, Compliance, and Documentation
- Ensure smooth Payroll and Benefits Management by overseeing payroll data input, pay sheet verification, salary credit finalization, claims, reimbursements, and precise benefits master data maintenance.
- Supervise Compliance Reporting and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements through accurate reporting and process oversight.
- Manage Personnel File and Document Administration, ensuring up-to-date physical and digital records, preparation of letters as per SRF, and employee file data management.
- Oversee Employee Query Management, ensuring prompt query resolution, efficient tracking, and reporting.
Team Leadership and Operational Excellence
- Supervise Team Performance by monitoring outputs against SLA timelines, facilitating hiring, conducting performance appraisals, and encouraging knowledge sharing and professional growth.
- Oversee Project and Audit Management by ensuring quality project contributions, timely preparation of project reports, and effective front-end audit coordination and submission.
- Foster Operational Excellence by driving process improvements, enhancing service delivery, and maintaining a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
Qualification & Requirements
- 10-12 years of experience, including 2-3 years in a similar role, with proven expertise in HR operations, payroll management, and driving process efficiencies.
- Strong understanding of labor laws and international HR practices, ensuring compliance and alignment with global HR operations.
