Human Resources Manager

Key Responsibilities

• HRBP : Lead internal HR policies and coordination of HR tasks across the organization.
• TA: Oversee recruitment, ensuring high-quality talent acquisition.
• TM: Develop and implement talent management programs and performance cycles.
• P&C: Promote a positive culture through employee engagement and wellness initiatives.
• Leadership & Strategy: Contribute to shaping the HR strategy and lead cross-functional teams.

Qualification & Requirements

• 8+ years of HR experience, including managing TA, TM, P&C, and HRBP functions.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, statutory compliance, and employee relations.
• Proven leadership ability with a focus on team development and business performance.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
