Are you a dynamic, transformational leader with a passion for people and strategy? As the Director of Human Resources, you’ll drive the cleanup and restructuring of our HR framework, establish a global shared services model, and integrate innovative HR functions. This role is a unique opportunity to shape culture, streamline processes, and make a global impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Transform HR through streamlined global processes, a shared services model, and alignment with organizational goals.
- Structural Improvements: Redesign and optimize HR frameworks for clarity and efficiency.
- Culture Building: Champion a collaborative, inclusive workplace culture and ensure culture fit in hiring and HR practices.
- Talent Management: Oversee recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and retention strategies to attract and engage top talent.
- Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure adherence to employment laws, including FMLA, ADA, WC, and EEO, while staying ahead of HR trends.
- Training & Development: Implement impactful employee growth programs and leadership development initiatives.
- HR Metrics: Track and report key performance indicators to support data-driven decision-making.
- Leadership Development: Mentor and guide HR team members, fostering leadership and growth within the department.
Qualification & Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5–10 years of HR experience (3+ in leadership).
- Experience in the medical space or regulated industries highly desirable.
Skills & Attributes:
- Strong leadership with a proven track record in HR transformation and global processes.
- Expertise in compliance, employment law, and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, team-building, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in HR systems, payroll software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
