Description

WlHR Director oversees and lead the human resources functions for our Shared Services division to cater to different brands under Three Bears Group. The HR Director will play a key role in driving HR initiatives that support operational efficiency, talent management, and employee engagement within a shared services environment. This position will require a mix of high-level strategy and day-to-day operational leader ship to manage HR processes and ensure alignment with business goals.

Qualification & Requirements

Education:
