HR Transformation, Vice President / Director

Key Responsibilities

• Reporting to Group Head of HR Transformation, you will drive the HR transformation agenda.
• You will define HR ambition, roadmap, target operating model, prioritize HR initiatives, structure them into programs for execution, and drive towards successful delivery.
• You will conduct research and analysis to curate innovative and pragmatic solutions.
• You communicate, influence and assist the HR group in adopting into new HR operating model and platforms.
• You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across entities and regions to deliver program outcomes.

Qualification & Requirements

• Degree qualified, you possess experience in HR strategy, transformation, employee experience, operating model, organization design, digital HR, change management and project management.
• Familiarity with HR Cloud Technology solution and applications is preferred.
• You possess experience in driving and delivery of strategy and HR Transformation programs in a large organization using agile methodologies
