Key Responsibilities

  • HR Process Transformation: Oversee the redesign and optimization of HR processes to improve efficiency, compliance, and employee experience.
  • Operational Excellence: Lead initiatives to enhance HR service delivery and streamline operations through automation and best practices.
  • IT Systems Leadership: Direct the selection, implementation, and integration of cutting-edge HR technology platforms, ensuring seamless user experience and data-driven decision-making.
  • Payroll Transformation: Oversee the modernization of payroll systems and processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency.
  • Change Management: Champion cultural and structural change, ensuring smooth adoption of new HR systems and processes.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with executive leadership, IT, finance, and business units to align HR transformation initiatives with strategic goals.

Qualification & Requirements

  • Proven experience in leading large-scale HR transformation programs at an executive level.
  • Deep expertise in HR operations, IT systems, and payroll management.
  • Strong track record of implementing HR technologies (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM) and driving process automation.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders.
  • Experience in managing complex change programs and driving cultural transformation.
  • Strong leadership, project management, and analytical skills.
