Description

Responsible for supervising and managing the daily operations of the HR Shared Services Center, ensuring the provision of efficient HR services and supporting the smooth operation of global businesses. This position requires extensive HR management experience, especially in HR Operations, C&B Operations, HRIS and designing standardized processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Global Standardized System Design: Lead the design and standardization of global HR processes to ensure consistent HR policies and processes are applied globally, improve efficiency and reduce operational risks; collect and analyze feedback from various regions, continuously optimize standardized systems and processes, ensure they are synchronized with business needs and technological development, and promote innovation and improvement of HR services.
  • Core HR Operations: Ensure the efficient handling of daily HR affairs, including employee onboarding, resignation, contract management and personnel transfers; continuously evaluate and improve HR processes to ensure the application of best practices to improve operational efficiency and reduce operational errors; ensure that HR service standards in various regions are unified, meet the legal and compliance requirements of different regions, and maintain the implementation of global standardized processes.
  • C&B Operations: Manage the execution and implementation of global compensation and benefits programs; respond to policy changes in a timely manner and provide professional operational management advice; analyze compensation and benefits data and provide reports to support management and regional HR decisions to ensure compensation competitiveness and employee satisfaction.
  • Workday System Maintenance: Responsible for the management of Workday information system, including the introduction of new functions, system optimization and user training, to ensure that system functions meet business needs; coordinate with Tech BA and R&D team to continuously optimize Workday system performance, improve user experience and system efficiency.; Provide user training and timely technical support, solve problems encountered by end users in system use, and ensure high availability of the system.
  • Cross-border team collaboration: Coordinate the cooperation between global and regional HR teams to promote cross-regional collaboration and sharing of best practices

Qualification & Requirements

  • More than 8 years of relevant work experience, at least 3 years of team management experience
  • Priority will be given to candidates with SSC-related process management experience and experience in using and managing HR ERP systems
  • Excellent cooperation spirit and communication and coordination skills
  • Good project management, problem solving and decision making skills
  • Manage a high-performance team with a strong customer service orientation
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
