Description

The Manager, Regional HR Delivery Operations will lead a team of around 4-6 professional HR Service Delivery in our Regional HRSD Americas delivering and managing end to end Employee Lifecycle Support (“ELS”) and Benefits Delivery processes. The incumbent will have a key role in overseeing delivery and improving HR services provided by our shared service center to Organon’s HR regions. They will help to build a strong governance and relationships and establish stable, effective, standardized and controlled process delivery to our internal clients. The role reports into Organon’s HR GDO Tower Lead.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leading an internal team of approximately 4-6 HR, HRSD Specialists who are accountable for the delivery of internal services to support our Founders and stakeholders.
  • Coaching and alignment of service center teams to assure adherence to agreed service levels (quantitative and qualitative) instilling desired ways of working and applying metrics and analysis to continuously measure delivery performance and process health.
  • Development and ownership of appropriate KPIs and visualization tools to measure and show the performance of the ELS and Benefits Delivery teams .
  • Strong focus on continuous improvement of HR support processes.
  • Ensuring team alignment and seamless partnership with in-market HR service delivery specialists across Organon’s Americas markets.
  • Oversees the assessment and analysis of new, incoming forms of benefits administration work as to overall suitability for entry in the company’s HR/Benefits shared services organization; Implements the transition of such work into our Benefits Delivery scope of services converting from conventional to efficient, scalable governed processes.
  • Ensuring team alignment and seamless partnership with both in-market HR teams as well as corporate Benefits ‘COE’ center of expertise teams
  • Disposition of escalated service issues, identifying a resolution path and sharing the outcome with internal stakeholders to foster efficient collaboration and build trust in our services
  • Ownership of a central knowledge base for ELS and Benefits processes
  • Supporting the extension of the service portfolio through harmonization and expanding scope of services and/or region coverage

Qualification & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 7+ years of experience in a complex multinational business environment, with focus on HR Service Delivery
  • Stakeholder Management: building and sustaining relationships with key internal stakeholders, support teams and vendors.
  • Strong influencing skills – ability to navigate among many different stakeholders at global levels and across functions.
  • Strong Process orientation – problem solving and root cause identification skills
  • Experience leading a regional / global team for at least 2-3 years.
  • Excellent communication skills in English. Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences
