Description

As the leader of our AP HR Shared Services, you will take ownership for designing and delivering HR operations processes related to the end to end employee life cycle. You will be a team player, who is able to manage stakeholders and deliver with exceptional project management and communication skills. You will work with our People & Culture Business Partners to understand the critical people processes and be able to demonstrate a consistent, efficient approach to supporting the employee life cycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and deliver operational People services to employees in Australia, ASEAN, India, Japan, Philippines and China – our AP region.
  • Enable HR services at scale, simplify processes and transactions, improve data quality and consistency, and help deliver a great employee experience.
  • Deliver the overall service capabilities for the countries in the region including contribution to the global end-to-end process design that enhances the employee experience.
  • Manage data privacy and security in accordance with data privacy and applicable legal requirements, effectively manage sensitive and confidential data.

Qualification & Requirements

You have extensive experience and knowledge and are looking to apply it in a firm where you can have a real impact to create something from the beginning. You’re comfortable with developing HR processes and take stakeholder management seriously. You’re a great listener—allowing you to understand the needs of the HR team to deliver great processes.

We’d like to see:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Org Development or business. MBA, MS or more is even better.
  • Professional with 10+ years’ experience in HR Shared Services and at least three of these in consulting with designing and implementing end to end people life cycle processes.
  • Ability to utilize HR information systems to deliver data, optimize processes and deliver insights to the HR team and business stakeholders.
  • Exceptional interpersonal & communication skills, sound judgement and the ability to juggle many often competing priorities simultaneously.
  • An active team player with strong organizational, analytical and project management skills, with an ability to influence.
  • Intellectual curiosity and critical thinking.
  • Naturally great interpersonal skills and a team-first attitude, as we you will be leading and working in multicultural and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English. Other languages are a bonus.
