Description
The HR Shared Services and Operations Manager will play a critical role in overseeing all HR shared services functions and ensuring the smooth and efficient running of EverBank’s HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Leads and manages the HR Shared Services outsourced global team, providing guidance and support in various HR functions, including but not limited to, associate onboarding, benefits administration, payroll processing, and associate records management.
- Develops and implements HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Collaborates with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement effective HR operational strategies.
- Oversees associate data management, ensuring accurate and timely entry and maintenance of associate records in the HRIS.
- Serves as the primary point of contact for HR-related inquires and escalations for associates and managers through email correspondence in general mailboxes. Provides timely and accurate responses to ensure resolution of inquiry, issue, or concern. Provides guidance on HR policies and procedures.
- Maintains record of inquiries, responses, and resolution in accordance with company policy while maintaining strict confidentiality.
- Coordinates and conducts HR training programs for associates and managers on relevant HR topics.
- Manages the performance and development of the HR Shared Services team, providing regular feedback and coaching to ensure high levels of productivity and service excellence.
Qualification & Requirements
Educational Requirements
- University (Degree) Preferred
Work Experience
- 5+ Years Required; 7+ Years Preferred
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with ADP and implementing robust analytics, KPIs, etc.
- Knowledge of HR function, processes, information systems, policies, compliance requirements and best practices
- Demonstrated ability to oversee and maintain HRIS and other HR-related systems effectively, including managing system configurations, troubleshooting technical issues, implementing upgrades, and ensuring data accuracy and integrity
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, HR business partners, and other internal and external stakeholders to achieve common objectives and address HR-related needs
